Specially now that there is a constant stream of information and images relating to how we should look like, underlying the need to keep up with the latest trends, women have always been very conscious about their appearance. Nowadays, it is also very common for women to have dictated mindset about how we perceive our bodies and self, making us susceptible to insecurities that result in fatal diseases like eating disorders and addictions. We are looking at our bodies with the eyes of a microscope because of this desire to be always updated in styles and trends, unwanted pounds, unwanted body hair, wrong hair color, crooked teeth and all sorts of imperfection. As the styles and trends become bolder for women such as skimpy bikinis, barely-there shirts and blouses, and very short shorts, we want our bodies and most especially our skins to be flawless and devoid of any signs of blemishes. Every month we check our bodies if we have those blemishes so we can treat and remove it immediately, like unwanted hairs on specific areas we want it to be baby soft and clean. Costumes are one of the things to consider especially in every Christmas holidays because parties are held anywhere, it could be in the school, in the office and in the house, we must secure a costumes of that very special day of the year. My officemates and I planned to have a super fabulous Christmas party ever on our company after we had a meeting by the board and it was agreed that the fist category of the contest were the best in costumes. That is my problem now because I do not have any idea where to borrow or buy a costume for this party thus I told my friend about this issue but she simply smiled at me and tapped my shoulder and said that she will helped me to have it. Wearing the costumes from the website that offers cheap costumes really attract people because of the very fantastic design and quality it has so it is not obvious that it cheaper than the other. I was invited by a friend to come and visit her in Indonesia, she has been staying there for three years, and had learned to love her new home, Annie had been inviting me since last year, though we were miles apart, our communication was still open. Since I dream of traveling and visiting new places, I grab the chance of being able to spend summer vacation in Jakarta with her; I was set to go in two weeks time, I was excited on seeing my best friend again. My flight arrived as scheduled, Annie was to pick me up in the airport a sixty minute ride from the center where she was to have a pilates in jakarta class; when I arrived, we were chatting and updating all the way to her pad. After refreshing myself, even though I was still tired from the flight, we decided to go out and see the city, she plotted out our itinerary, I noticed that Annie despite her stressful job, she still look fresh, active and radiant. That was when she told me that attending pilates in jakarta helped her a lot, it does not only keep her fit physically but mentally and emotionally as well, she told me that she will bring me there the following day. We went to the the training studio the day after, it was does have a state-of-the-art facility and I was able to attend the group class, since it was my first time, the trainer gave me a free one on one session instead. For the rest the days, Annie and I tried to squeeze our Pilates class, my vacation was fun and educational as well, it taught me to be fit and healthy, now the first thing I need to do once home, is to look for a Pilates training studio.

I was able to see many full color yard signs and it was really very fun because they could catch the attention of the people who would pass by that place. We are all very busy with work and this is one of the reasons why we cannot seem to notice what are those things hanging around us. Because I really did not know what those were for at that time, I asked my mom about it and what she told me is that, those are used in election campaigns, and it was my first time to see that kind of signs. With these signs, you just let other people notice it as you are trying to promote anything that you want them to see especially when you are starting a new business. When you are in cities, you can really expect to see a lot of these signs because there will be a lot of people passing by so you should be able to make people notice your business or store. You can really notice these signs since they are really huge and mounted on sturdy white corrugated plastic material for it to have a nice form. I could consider those signs as very remarkable because they are very colorful and they could give joy to the people and aside from that, they give information to the people. I have been thinking that having this kind of method to promote my uncle’s business is really to make use of these colorful signs especially that my uncle’s business is just starting up.

When I was in the secondary level of education I have a classmate who is very creative that because of his creativeness he has discovered the term MATT’S REPUBLIC coming from his name and he also is naughty but even how naughty he is I still believe that there is goodness in him still for it is not unknown to me that in every bad side of a person or a thing there will also be good side in them for God balance everything and in everything that happens God has His own purpose His people just do not know what and why because God wants to show that He is good and Great for He is not an unfair God. In my own position I do think that God always desires the good of all the the great unwasheds yet it is the people who give way to hide the good of the Lord for people do what they need and did not do what the Lord wants and it is the bad incline of the hoi pollois yet the good of the people is that they do believe that God existed and that they are very affirmative that God will never leave them disregarding what And I have viewed the kind of good in my class fellow which produced me consider more that he is not bad at all for he considers according to what I have noticed in him and his boys bedding that there is God who never goes out him in spite of the people who discriminated him and who hates him it is also the reason why I do believe that he is not just bad but good as well because I can see in him the optimism that he can change himself for he knows that what he is doing is bad it is just now that he wants to be made out

Once again, before any training takes place each individual should be measured, this appraisal should come from multiple perspectives, this will produce a picture of the individual, giving feedback on the assessments has to be done by people with empathy, self awareness and sensitivity, if the faulty people give the feedback the result will be disastrous, the feedback must be balanced because focusing on failings or weak points and not noting the strong points is demoralizing, putting people on training courses is a waste of time if those training leaders are not prompted to learn, generally talking, only about twenty percent of the group are quick to put in the work necessary to modify workplace behavior.
